Email and Anti-Abuse Policy

LIFT Leadership Group uses email to communicate with clients, partners, and relevant business contacts. This policy explains how our domains may be used and how we prevent, investigate, and stop email abuse.

Scope

This policy applies to LIFT Leadership Group and anyone sending on its behalf, including employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and third-party service providers.

Our public website is liftleadershipgroup.com. The domains meetliftleadership.com and helloliftleadership.com are company-owned, email-only sending domains. They are not public websites, landing pages, redirectors, or click-tracking domains.

Prohibited use

LIFT Leadership Group prohibits advertising, linking to, redirecting to, or otherwise promoting meetliftleadership.com or helloliftleadership.com through unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to every sender acting for or representing LIFT.

Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor sender authentication, delivery, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs. Suspected abuse is investigated, and the relevant mailbox, campaign, vendor, or account may be suspended while we review it. Confirmed violations can result in permanent suppression or termination of sending access.
