Email and Anti-Abuse Policy

Scope

This policy applies to LIFT Leadership Group and anyone sending on its behalf, including employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and third-party service providers.

Our public website is liftleadershipgroup.com. The domains meetliftleadership.com and helloliftleadership.com are company-owned, email-only sending domains. They are not public websites, landing pages, redirectors, or click-tracking domains.

Prohibited use

LIFT Leadership Group prohibits advertising, linking to, redirecting to, or otherwise promoting meetliftleadership.com or helloliftleadership.com through unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to every sender acting for or representing LIFT.

We also prohibit:

• Indiscriminate or unlawful unsolicited bulk email.
• Deceptive sender identities, subject lines, headers, domains, or message content.
• Using either email-only domain as a URL, tracking link, redirect, or advertised destination.
• Continuing to contact a recipient after an opt-out request.
• Using a compromised account, unauthorized sender, or unapproved sending platform.

Responsible business email

Any direct business communication sent by LIFT must:

• Be directed to a specific professional for a reasonably relevant business purpose.
• Clearly identify the sender and LIFT Leadership Group.
• Use accurate, non-deceptive content and authenticated company-owned mailboxes.
• Provide a simple way to opt out by replying or contacting us.
• Honor opt-out and suppression requests promptly across future outreach.

Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor sender authentication, delivery, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs. Suspected abuse is investigated, and the relevant mailbox, campaign, vendor, or account may be suspended while we review it. Confirmed violations can result in permanent suppression or termination of sending access.

Report abuse or opt out

To report a message, request that we stop contacting you, or flag an unexpected use of one of our domains, email [email protected]. Please include the sender address, subject line, and message date if available so we can investigate quickly.
